New i-salon user training
As a new i-salon customer, you will receive training in two parts - i-salon basics followed by more in-depth management skills
Day 1 - i-salon basics
On your first day of training, our trainer will teach all of your key members of staff the day-to-day features in i-salon, from appointment management to taking a payment, cancellations and re-booking. You'll learn how to reduce no-shows using automatic text message appointment reminders and see features like i-salon's standby list can help you to maximise your bookings at every opportunity.
Day 2 - salon manager training
Next, we cover Stock, Marketing and Management Reports with the salon manager or owners. These sessions are designed to give you detailed knowledge of the areas of i-salon software that can make a real difference to the profitability of your salon business.
On-site or remote training - it's your choice
When it comes to your salon manager training, you can choose to have a trainer come out to visit you on site or to take your training in smaller sessions online while speaking to our trainer on the phone. Remote training may suit you best if you have a hectic schedule or you prefer shorter sessions of training, giving you a chance to take in and practice your new skills between sessions.
