If you'd like more training following your new user training course, we offer a range of options to suit your needs and schedule.
Bespoke online training sessions
We offer one-to-one online training, covering any aspect of the system that you need extra help with. During the session you will speak to one of our trainers on the phone who will walk you through i-salon training, live on your PC. No matter how long you've been using i-salon, you can arrange a one-to-one session as a refresher or to tackle specific problems you're having within your business.
Additional training at your salon
If you have a new team and feel that they would benefit from a course in i-salon basics, or perhaps a new salon manager has joined the team and needs to learn the ropes, we can arrange for a trainer to come out for the day.
Business Consultancy
For those salons who'd like some specialist business advice, our consultancy service offers an experienced salon manager who will take an objective look at your business and recommend changes to improve performance in critical areas, like utilisation, retail and client loyalt. Sessions include an initial telephone briefing session and detailed written recommendations as well as a full day spent with you in your salon.
