The Integrity Software family, from our background and beginnings in salon appointment software to becoming the UK's number 1

Integrity Software developed i-salon from a humble salon appointment software booking system. Early salon appointment software came to life more than 20 years ago, offering salon owners a way to run their businesses more efficiently, with an electronic appointment book, client records and a till system. From a basic starting point, i-salon software has developed to become the UK's number 1.

In recent years, i-salon has grown to become a complete salon management software system, providing easy to use salon appointment software, essential reports and allowing salons to manage sales and marketing right from the front desk.

Our professional teams  

i-salon is updated by our programmers at least twice a year to ensure it includes the very latest technology. Most recently, our expert Development team has added advanced text marketing features and credit card integration to our latest release, i-salon 8.5.

We know it's not possible to offer you the great service you deserve without the right team of people. So, to ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations, we employ our own full-time technical support, customer service and software development teams, here in the UK.

Education and support

We also believe in giving our users access to tools that help them to get the fantastic results that every salon owner hopes for when they invest in salon software. Most recently, we launched a free 5 Point Plan, outlining simple steps that can make a real difference every salon's takings by tackling common challenges like under-utilisation and over-discounting.
