Sophie manages a busy hair salon in Loughborough. When she installed i-salon software, it was the first time the salon had been computerised and it meant binning the paper appointment book for good. Although nervous at first, stylists, managers and receptionists alike have seen vast improvements in day-to-day appointment management since i-salon arrived.
